Makes you wonder how some can say Billiot is in a slump doesn't it? If that's a slump, I want to be in one.

I'd like to see the hitting streak if this is a slump, yes. I'm not discounting the possibility that it is a slump -- I don't drink enough Billiot to judge -- but the wines could certainly be much worse.

If that really was from a slump - then wow.

If not, still wow. That was one of the best Champagnes I've had.
